You can pick a 30 Yr, 20 Yr, 15 Yr, 10 Yr, or even a 7yr or 5yr fixed that is a 30yr loan. Also, we have some lenders that will let you pick other fully amortized year programs, like 27, 22, 18, 12 or whatever you prefer. Then choose a Fixed Rate loan or an Adjustable Rate Loan, whichever you deem is best for you and your future.
